Brisbane Scrap Metals is a Brisbane based scrap metal merchant that specialises in buying and selling scrap metal at competitive prices. Brisbane Scrap Metals was competing in a rather saturated market, and dealing with a consumer base that displayed low brand loyalty, and a tendency to shop around for quotes.

SOS Development was approached to devise a strategy that would cater to this market/consumer behavior, and to help Brisbane Scrap Metals reach its target market before its competitors.

Objectives

Increase web traffic and reach.

Develop a landing page that would simplify the enquiry process for prospects.

Implement a cost-effective search strategy that would see Brisbane Scrap Metals ranking highly on Google for very high-performing, product and service specific keywords Results
15 keywords and their corresponding keywords were already ranking on the first page of Google (in the unpaid/organic section), within the first month!
Increase of web traffic by 92% within the first month, convert traffic into enquiries at a 4% rate online. It should be noted that the main call-to-action for each landing page was for the prospect to call Brisbane Scrap Metals directly, and although this is not measurable through our analytics programs, the client immediately noticed a rise in phone enquiries.
